The name Mariam was given to me 

I am fully aware that this page and my music has little to do with me. It has everything to do with my intentions and prayers for a world

that serves the highest good of all

I started writing songs when I was 15 years old. After years of performing, in the Netherlands and abroad, mostly on spiritual events I persued a different kind of career as an entrepreneur and nutritionist. But during a time of spiritual awakening, new songs and different lyrics started flowing through me.

The songs are mostly about a new world and new possibilities for our world. Because, as I increasingly experienced, beyond our known reality, lies a broader reality, A reality where we can experience harmony and the unity of all beings. Of all creation. This consciousness is now available for us on earth.

There are so many beautyful beings here to support us and help us in The Great Change.

Some of them join me in the creation of my songs. Sometimes indirectly in the form of inspiration, sometimes directly with a song that carries a message. Mostly a message of hope, of love, unity and of remembering. To bring back to us the memory of who we truly are. And I feel humble and blessed to be able to share them with you. 

For, although my songs are simple, they hold great power and great promise. I feel the energy of the message when it comes through me in song. I feel the immense promise of what we are capable of as human beings.
